Our method is really simple...the best ideas usually are right?  Our first step is selecting quality candidates from all walks of life.  Students, graduates, those working in other careers, people wanting a change of career or parents returning to the workforce could all be future recruiters. Comprehensive and practical training over a 2 week period will set up the candidate to understand all aspects of the recruitment job and how the  industry works. This traning includes technical and soft skills training.

Partnering with an agency the future recruiter is offered 4 weeks placement, giving them a chance to apply the workshop learning in a real environment.  Career Lasso ensures that all aspects of the learning are applied and understood via check in each week.  If you are all impressed with each other  a permanent role may be offered.
